I, the user of the Missmakover  App, hereby confirm, declare, and accept the following:

1. That I have used the developer’s app solely for the purpose of booking a beautician for my personal use and not for any commercial activity.
2. That I fully agree and accept that I shall not raise any claim, suit, complaint, or proceeding of whatsoever nature before any Court, Tribunal, or Government authority against the Company, for any kind of loss, damage, or grievance caused to me by the beautician booked through the app.
3. That I further accept and agree that the Company shall not be held liable or responsible in any manner for any personal, domestic, or household loss, damage, or incident occurring during the beautician’s visit to my premises.
4. That I am fully aware and acknowledge that the Company is merely the developer and service provider of the said app, through which I can book beauticians for my personal grooming purposes only.
5. That all disputes, if any, arising out of or in relation to this arrangement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Anand, Gujarat.
